When you contact us
This website (withelev8.com) is operated by Elev8 Services, Inc. (“Elev8 Services”, “we”, “us”). Lighthouse Care and Neuro Care are residential programs of Elev8 Services, Inc. Questions: info@withelev8.com or (619) 859-1158.
This website collects only the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you select, and your message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.
We collect approximate location information (country, state and city) derived from your IP address when you visit our website, to understand where our visitors come from. We do not store your IP address.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

When you apply for a role
If you apply for a position, we collect the answers you give on the application form and use them only to consider you for the opportunity you applied for and to contact you about it.

- Contact details, availability, education, work history, and your answers to the application questions.
- Documents
- Certification and class-schedule files you upload. An optional résumé is not stored.
- Who can see it
- Our hiring staff only. Uploaded documents are stored privately.

- To assess your application and contact you about it.

Phone numbers and text messages
Elev8 Services sends text messages to applicants about their own application: scheduling and confirmations, interview details, deadlines, and status updates. These are not marketing messages.
Giving consent is optional. You are added only if you tick the checkbox during the application, at the mobile number you give us there — it is never ticked for you, and leaving it unticked does not affect your application. Message frequency varies with the stage of your application, and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages.
We never sell or share your mobile number
Your mobile number and your text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes — not under any circumstances.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

- Sell or rent it to anyone.
- Share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
- Use it for marketing or promotional messages.
- Pass it to a data broker or advertising network.
